mmk80 Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the player and mmk80 regarding the use of the mmk80 platform (including the website, mobile web view, and related services), account registration, and gambling activities.

By accessing the platform, registering an account, or playing any game, the player is considered to have read, understood, and explicitly agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

mmk80 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with prior notice. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Age Restriction

The mmk80 platform is available to players aged 21 and above only. No one under 21 may register an account, make a deposit, or play any game. If age is misrepresented during verification, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be withheld pending a final decision.

• Accurate personal information must be provided at registration.
• Each player may open one account only.
• mmk80 may carry out identity verification at any time.

Personal Responsibility and Restrictions

Players are responsible for checking whether gambling is permitted under the laws of their own region and country. mmk80 cannot provide legal advice. This responsibility lies entirely with the player.

Providing Accurate Information

Players must fill in complete and accurate personal information when registering an account. mmk80 may close any account registered with false information, and any remaining balance may be subject to forfeiture at mmk80's discretion.

Account Security

Players must keep their login credentials (username/password) secure. Playing through a third party, selling, or renting accounts is not allowed. If any unauthorised access is detected, mmk80 must be notified immediately.

• Each person is allowed one account only.
• mmk80 is not responsible for any losses caused by information provided by the user.

Account Suspension and Closure

If mmk80 determines that these terms have been violated, it may suspend or close the account without prior notice. Players may request to close their own account through the service team.

Deposits

Deposits at mmk80 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks per transaction. All deposits are processed in the MMT time zone.

• Deposits made with a bank card or payment method not registered in the player's name will not be accepted.
• If a deposit cannot be confirmed, the service team must be contacted immediately.
• Any fees related to deposits (payment processing fees) are to be covered by the player.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals will only be sent to the player's registered KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay account. Processing normally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours; cases requiring verification may take longer.

• Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirement on bonus funds is met — see Section 4 for details.
• Account verification may be carried out if information is incomplete.
• Withdrawals may be suspended while AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks are being conducted.

Welcome Bonus (100% First-Deposit Bonus)

The mmk80 welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus as cash, a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount must be completed.

Example: Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 20,000 Ks bonus → balance 40,000 Ks → wagering requirement 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks. Deposit 620,000 Ks → receive 300,000 Ks bonus → balance 920,000 Ks → wagering requirement 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks.

• Each player can receive the welcome bonus once only.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus funds may be forfeited.
• Stake limits per bet may vary depending on the game type used with the bonus.

VIP Cashback Bonus

Players receive weekly cashback based on their play level—

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week

VIP level progression takes into account a player's activity, deposit frequency, and total wagered amount. Full details can be found in the VIP policy. The cashback bonus can also be withdrawn as cash once the wagering requirement is met.

General Bonus Terms

• mmk80 reserves the right to modify bonus offers with prior notice.
• If a player is found to have claimed bonuses through fraudulent means, the bonus will be voided and the account may be investigated.
• Transfers and combining of bonus funds are not permitted while the bonus wagering requirement has not been completed.

Prohibited Actions

Accounts found engaging in any of the following may be immediately closed and remaining balances suspended—

• Use of any bot, automated script, macro, or AI software
• Intentional exploitation of game system errors (bug exploitation)
• Attempting money laundering
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• Selling, renting, or playing through a third party on an account
• Commercially exploiting the platform without authorisation

RNG and Game Fairness

All games available at mmk80 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that outcomes cannot be predicted in advance, are free from manipulation, and are protected by SSL encryption.

Player Protection

mmk80 prioritizes responsible gaming. Players can set their own loss limits (Deposit Limit, Wager Limit, Session Limit) and can exclude themselves from the platform for a period of time (Self-Exclusion).

Service Interruptions

mmk80 strives to keep the platform running without interruption, but cannot be held responsible for any losses a player may incur due to technical failures, server issues, or delays caused by third-party services.

• mmk80 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's own connection being dropped.
• Cases where a bonus cannot be paid out (including unmet wagering requirements) will be handled by the support team.

Game Result Decisions

If a player's connection is lost during gameplay, the game server will determine the result, and that determination is considered final.

• Queries will be handled within a reasonable time from the date of submission.
• For complaints about game results, the Game Provider's server logs will be referenced and those records will be treated as the final decision.

Amendments

mmk80 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the platform, and continued use of the platform after an announcement constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination of Service

mmk80 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the service without prior notice. At the time of termination, any genuine player funds not yet used will be returned safely, with the exception of bonus funds where the wagering requirement has already been exceeded.
